We recommend booking an appointment through our online booking system. If you're unsure about the type of appointment you need, please feel free to contact us directly by phone or email.
Appointments can be canceled online up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Appointments canceled within 24 hours must be canceled directly by phone. For same-day cancellations or no-shows, the full service price will be charged. In case of illness, a medical certificate for the current day must be provided and no charges will apply for the service.
Our services come with a warranty, the duration of which varies depending on the service. Please note that if you come in for maintenance of eyelash extensions, nails or hair extensions done at another salon or purchased elsewhere, we cannot provide a warranty for the service.

Our studio has street parking in front as well as a large parking area in front of the Hietalahti Market Hall. You can also easily reach us by public transportation. Entrance is at street level.
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. ONDA warmly welcomes you!
