Cancellation Policy

You can easily reschedule or cancel your appointment by clicking the button in your booking confirmation, visiting
, calling the store directly, or sending a message via text or email.

However, any changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Please note that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment,
so that we can provide you with the full range of services; in this case as well, we will charge the full service fee in accordance with our cancellation policy.

For appointments canceled, not canceled, or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance, we will charge the full (100%) service fee.

We understand that sometimes things go wrong and getting sick can ruin your plans.
In that case, please provide us with a doctor’s note for sick leave, and we won’t charge you.

We would like to remind you of our cancellation policy so that we can serve you and our other customers as well as possible.
When a cancellation is not made or is made at the last minute, our artists lose part of their income, and we lose the opportunity
to offer the time slot to another customer.
