Do you only make Blondes?
No. Our professionals are highly trained to achieve results in a wide range of colors.
Do you offer free consultations?
Yes! We want to make sure you receive exactly the right kind of service, tailored specifically to your needs, which is why we offer a free consultation to everyone. Every service also includes a consultation before we begin our active work.
Do I need to wash my hair before I arrive?
We recommend that you arrive with clean, dry hair, unless the service itself includes a hair wash.
Do you have parking spaces?
Paid street parking is available right near our store, as well as at Hietalahti Market Square across the street, where there are plenty of spots and you’re almost certain to find a parking space.
What if I'm late?
If you are running late, please contact the salon directly. We may still be able to accommodate you if you are up to 15 minutes late, but if you are later than that, we may have to reschedule your appointment so that we can provide you with the full service. In this case, however, we will charge you 100% of the service fee.
